On April 29th (7 pm) and 30th (3 pm), City Ballet will present one of the most delightful romantic comedies from the ballet repertoire "Coppelia!" The orchestra score by Leo Delibes will be performed by the
professional City Ballet Orchestra. Join us for a enjoyable evening or a special family matinee!
When Swanilda catches her fiancé Franz blowing kisses to a mysterious new woman in the village - great comedy ensues. Through a series of mishaps, a crazy toymaker, mistaken identity and dolls appearing to come to life... "Coppelia!" is a ballet you won't want to miss!

Works by Gerald Arpino (from the Joffrey Ballet and staged by Diane Orio Gerberg with permission from the Arpino Foundation), a premiere of a new contemporary work by Joshua Wise, another excerpt from "Jane Eyre" a contemporary ballet by Merle Hill, and Director Andrea Hill's short ballet "Alice in Wonderland."
